This chair is adjustable, but I haven't managed to recline the backrest yet. You can adjust the height, and it rolls well. However, the metal armrests are awkward and not visually pleasant. Not sure how this could be fixed design-wise, other than lowering the metal arms and making them rectangular with some leather accents.
