Very well-made velvet sofa. The fabric is really beautiful. You will notice that the back does come in two separate pieces as well as the base of the sofa. It does sit lower to the ground, but is very comfortable. I will use it with my Staging business and it will get a lot of use. Is on the heavier side. That can be a positive if you are using it for every day use. It is long and you could easily stretch out for a nice nap. Overall, I love the sofa. I must say, I was extremely skeptical about getting a couch I'm unable to sit on first. I hate firm sofas, so when I saw in the description that it was "cloud soft", I took a chance. This sofa is for sure very soft and comfortable. The entire thing came shipped in 2 boxes which was also impressive, and assembly for the most part was pretty simple. The hardest part was just connecting all of the sections together. The wood is a bit frail and cheap on it though so it's very lightweight, but the comfort definitely makes up for it. I had one issue where on the second day, we went to sit down and had our hand on the arm rest for support as we were sitting and ended up breaking the armrest. the screws ripped right out of the wood. They have an email address to reach out on in the instructions book, so I emailed and they got right back to me with great customer service and shipped me replacement parts right away!
