The box was delivered today and had a large hole that either Wayfair or the shipper covered with a brown tape patch (only evident on opening the box). The bolts to fasten the frame (legs and seat/back) were too short and one seat/back was bent to where two bolts needed to be longer or angled differently. The chairs look nice but the engineering left a lot to be desired - from the plastic webbing in the way of the "bolt-sockets," to a broken knurled knob at the base of one of the legs (that I agreed to superglue). The webbing material is very sturdy but has just enough give to create a very comfortable seat. The color is gray with a patterned texture and is wrapped around the entire chair.
