I called Wayfair about this product description but was told she thought it was accurate. I questioned why- what looks obviously like a counter top unit- is being described as under counter. I took a leap and ordered it. I can attest that this is, indeed, as the PUCTURES portray, a counter TOP unit. And I love it!. Kat. US. Mon Apr 06 2026

We really like this but the instructions could be clearer. I had to use Google Gemini to figure out how to get the cold water to work. There is a switch on the back. The other thing is the water has to be refilled regularly. We refill it at least once a week with how much we use this. Otherwise we like it and its pretty. We havent taken off the instructions yet since it took a bit to figure it out.. Givona. Temecula, CA. Sat Sep 19 2026
