It is a nice curtain rod and extends really long so it is great for a variety of window sizes. The rod itself is just a basic metal that has been painted a faux wood finish but the finials are really pretty and solid. This curtain rod comes with multiple pieces that screw together so that you can adjust the length and the brackets to hold the rod are painted to match. I went with the black Deantrei 1” Sphere curtain rode and they are very nice looking and decent quality. Unfortunately, 2 of mine were bent on the ends and that created a problem with making them appear level. I was able to straiten the ends enough so they are not immediately noticeably uneven..
