Built-in ceramic sharpeners hone the blades whenever they are removed from the block and replaced, ensuring your knives are at peak sharpness every time you use them. This not only saves you time but is a safer, more efficient way to sharpen your knives 13-piece set includes an 8-inch chef knife, an 8-inch slicing knife, a 5-inch chef knife with kullens, a 5-1/2 inch serrated utility knife, a 3-1/2 inch paring knife, six 4-1/2 inch steak knives, all-purpose shears, and a black rubberwood storage block. Hand-wash knives with warm water and a mild detergent then rinse and dry immediately.

Incredibly sharp, the built-in sharpener is appreciated. The aluminum handles make the knives a little too lightweight for my preference. When the directions say not to sit near water or use in the dishwasher, and to dry right away when washing, they mean it. One knife already has small rust spots from drying on the dish rack. Great knives, but wish they were heavier/more dense.. Ken. Lanham, MD. Fri Sep 25 2026

Rochester features full-tang construction and fine edge blades with contoured finger guards, making kitchen prep a breeze. Our set includes a natural pinewood storage block for lasting performance.

NIce set. Good value for the price and quality seems good. Can't say how they will hold up long term until after they've been in use for a while. There is one minor flaw is the design of the block. The spot for the shears isn't spaced correctly so you can easily get them in and out as well as the knife above it. Not a big deal, just something for them to think about.. Andrea. Raleigh, NC.
