Only drawback is that it is VERY fragile, the finish as it chips super easily. My husband dropped one of the hinges and it bounced and hit the door and left a big chip in the black finish. The Prehung doors took quite a bit to get them up and fitted and screwed in. But they're in and they look good. The prehung part is not a solid frame, but pieces that have to be assembled, screwed together and mounted. We got it done and did 3 doors. It's nice having doors when company comes.
