This Robern vanity mirror is high quality and fits well over the bathroom vanity. However, my original order requested brushed nickel to be consistent with the bathroom fixtures. Evidently, the manufacturer discontinued this finish but did not communicate the discontinuation. I phoned and Perigold graciously offered the item in polished nickel at the lower cost of brushed nickel. The mirrors are up and look very good but I still would have preferred the brushed nickel. This was the perfect vanity mirror light combo I needed for my basement bathroom. I have been slowly working on finishing my basement and added a small bathroom in the basement. I have a upflush system in the bathroom so I needed a vanity that is modern, not too bulky, and does not need a lot of electricity (watts). This checked all three boxes. It is super light, recessed and consumes minimal power due to LED lights. Love the three seperate light color/brightness. I had to cut a stud to get the light to be recessed, but given none of my basement studs are load bearing, that wasnt a issue. The vanity itself though is really nice and feels premium. The contractors just got this mirror installed today. It is very attractive, and I really like the anti-fog and beveled glass feature. We may have the mirror changed to be vertical instead of horizontal, but my husband needs to see it to make that decision. This medicine cabinet is absolutely beautiful. Very well made and sturdy. It arrived early and the packaging was top notch, no damage at all! If you like mirrors and storage this is your cabinet. The light bar gives off a nice ambient glow. I do recommend a vanity light above this cabinet if you want it brighter.
