The Midea 5,000 BTU DOE Mechanical Window Air Conditioner delivers reliable cooling and ventilation, and its user-friendly controls enable easy temperature adjustments. It can quickly cool paces up to 150 square feet, making it ideal for small bedrooms, apartments, and dorms. This window air conditioner is also a breeze to install using the included hardware and installation guide.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I’m very happy with this little AC. It blows cold air and cools my room until it’s quite chilly, which is my personal preference. It’s easy to install and I did jimmy the set up to fit my particular window. The AC isn’t that heavy since I needed to lift it to shoulder height to install in my window. However someone who isn’t that strong may still need help lifting it. I had replaced my portable AC with the Midea and the Midea cools the room down quicker and to a colder temperature than the portable. My only suggestion would be for the AC control to be closer to the AC on/off part as I find myself turning the dial every which way to turn on the AC instead of the fan option which I hardly use. Also maybe adding a black line on the control nob so you know where the dial is switched to would be helpful. Other than that I’m glad this AC was affordable for me to buy and did not contain all these bells and whistles that probably mark up the price.. Prairie Sunshine. Western Canada. Sun Jul 26 2026

The Hisense 50 Pint Lift-Up Dehumidifier reimagines how a dehumidifier should work — starting with a top-lift bucket design that makes accessing, removing, and replacing the water tank effortless. No bending, no awkward angles, just a clean and intuitive process that takes the friction out of routine maintenance. The large 18-pint bucket holds significantly more water than standard designs, reducing how often you need to empty it. When continuous drainage is preferred, the built-in pump and quick-connect drain hose route water directly to a sink or window — allowing the unit to run unattended without manual intervention. Four easy-roll casters make repositioning simple, so you can move the unit wherever moisture is most problematic. A quiet, low-noise system keeps the environment comfortable in bedrooms, living spaces, and home offices where background sound matters. The washable, removable filter maintains clean airflow and extends performance life with minimal upkeep. Designed to fit seamlessly into any room, the compact and elegant exterior avoids the utilitarian look of many dehumidifiers — making it a natural addition to living spaces rather than something to hide. Portable, practical, and thoughtfully designed for the way people actually live.

The Hisense Inverter Window Air Conditioner delivers efficient, consistent cooling for your space— with the intelligence to adapt in real time to your environment. It's designed for people who want their home to feel right without thinking about it constantly. Inverter technology keeps the compressor running at the precise output needed to hold your ideal temperature, reducing energy consumption and avoiding the on-off cycling that leads to temperature swings and excess noise. The ConnectLife app extends that control to your smartphone, so you can manage settings from anywhere. Three modes — Cooling, Fan, and Dehumidifier — give you the range to handle varying conditions across the season. A dedicated Fan mode improves air circulation independently, while four-way directional airflow ensures even distribution throughout the room — comfort that reaches every corner, not just directly in front of the unit. Upkeep is minimal thanks to a washable, removable filter that's easy to clean and reuse. This unit meets ENERGY STAR standards, reflecting a design that takes efficiency seriously. You can invest in long-term comfort with genuine confidence.

The Frigidaire Pint Dehumidifier with integrated Wi-Fi technology, allows you to monitor and manage your home's humidity levels all from the Frigidaire App. The convenient continuous drain option means you can skip emptying the water bucket and the elevated, portable design allows you to move the unit throughout your home as needed.

Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. This has been mostly a set-it-and-forget-it appliance for us, but it's nice that we have access via the app if needed. Because I enjoy being lazy. Highly recommend.. Lia V.. Thu May 14 2026

The Hisense 50 Pint Dehumidifier in Black delivers high-capacity moisture removal with the added convenience of a built-in pump — eliminating manual bucket emptying and opening up more flexible placement options. A quick-connect water hose is included, making it easy to route drainage directly to a sink or basement window for continuous, unattended operation. Three modes — Auto, Continuous, and Manual — give you precise control over how the unit operates. Auto responds to ambient humidity to run only as needed, Continuous handles persistent moisture without interruption, and Manual puts direct control in your hands. Three fan speeds — High, Low, and Auto — let you balance airflow and noise to suit your space. Vornado creates cutting edge products - so when we set out to create a window fan, we did our research and then rewrote the formula. The result was just over 6" tall, unobtrusive and clever enough to be seamlessly installed in windows from 24” up to 38" wide using an innovative modular block system. Its electronically reversible chamber smoothly brings fresh air in or exhausts stale air out. Rain or shine, the weather-resistant casing doesn’t mind. Either way, you’ll still enjoy the view.

I’m really enjoying the way I can see out the window with this low profile fan . The only negative thing I can say about it is the exhaust mode needs to be stronger!. Kristi. Kennesaw, GA. Sun Nov 01 2026
