The top is a heavy board that is edge and finger joint glued together and finished in veneer. The legs are also fingerjointed boards. It generally looks nice, but the finish is quite sloppy. there are some rough spots where it was not thoroughly sanded too. I purchased this table because it was on sale. I would not pay full price for this table based on the finish.. Krystal. Port Ewen, NY. Sun Jul 26 2026

I am putting 5 stars because of the manufacturer CS and Thoughtfulness. It is also due to the Quality and the beauty of the item. This desk is gorgeous. It is the perfect size at 60" Length. It has nice drawers that are spacious and allow for a standard 8.5"X11" Pad to fit inside. The far left drawer has nice separation for storing smaller items and not allowing them to slide around. The middle and far right allow for larger items. It does come with hardware cabinet knobs, though I changed mine out for some Rejuvenation Unlaquered Brass knobs. The installation was super easy, assembly provided was great, and came with all that was needed. It was wonderful how great it was packed. The drawers are pre assembled, making it super easy . it has a convenient compartment in the back for your wiring USB C & A cords to allow for a cleaner look. I love it. My front leg did come cracked in two areas, where it connects, but the manufacturer is currently in the process of helping which I appreciate . Will add pictures later, it is Gorgeous and so well done- Dont hesitate.... Nicole. Raleigh, NC. Mon Oct 05 2026

Disappointed! Why 2 Piece top A one piece would be better by far. The seam doesn’t line up well and frankly it did not go super easy to put together. The brackets couldn’t be screwed to the top because of the angle of the bracket and holes didn’t align. Probably should have returned it but spent 1.5 hours assembling. Brad. Fri May 22 2026

Overall we were very happy with this purchase. The only issue we had is that the side spindles were somehow loose in the packaging with other parts and there were several scratches/chips on them. It's nothing a floor repair marker can't fix, but it was disappointing to see minor damage upon arrival.. Michelle. Saskatoon, SK. Fri Dec 26 2025

Elevate your workspace with the 55” Walnut Brown Mid-Century Executive Desk with Drawer, a premium addition designed for home offices and modern interiors.

Sturdy and not fullt cheap feeling. The top is a laminate and the way assembly works, it came in two separate parts. It was tough to align the tabletop and you build with the intention of flipping the whole thing over once you are done. There was not enough tension due to the size of the L-brackets meant for the underside of the table. Overall, I am happy with it, but assembly was needing some fussiness.. Mai. Mon Sep 28 2026
