You can feel that it’s very high quality, not cheap or dinky like other toasters. My favorite thing is that you can preprogram the CAFE Specialty Drip Coffee Maker for the next morning! This oven was actually the only unit I could find that would fit in an existing custom 27 inch cabinet. To be honest I was worried the user interface was going to be awkward but I actually really like it. It works well for baking, keep warm, microwave cooking and defrosting. And it looks great. The ovens seem to work well and so far temperatures seem accurate. My biggest issue is the racks - the slide-out racks are GREAT, but they do take up extra room. I wish there was a flat rack available. Also, you get 3 racks for 2 ovens - 2 slide-outs and 1 floor rack. That means that you really can't load up both ovens at the same time. I am planning on purchasing a second floor rack for the upper oven. I have used the proofing setting (works fine) and bake, of course, but none of the other options yet. Oven surface is easy to wipe clean. One feature I would love in the app is an indication of the current temp of the oven. It shows on the oven itself, but not on the app (when preheating).. Jkl_co. My favorite feature is Alexa opening the door when my hands are full also preheating etc. I had trouble setting it up and out of the country support I believe Janice said it was a discontinued feature.
