This cover is a reasonably priced, heavy fabric covered insulated top for our old hot tub. I like it because it's not too heavy for someone lacking upper body strength, to easily remove and put back on. But it still has adequate insulation to keep heat from escaping the tub. Also comes with 4 little catches to attach the straps to the tub. I shopped around for quite awhile before finding this cover. Came more quickly than promised and arrived undamaged. The soft top is an amazing foam cover that is not easily affected by the chemicals found in hot tubs. This soft top does not absorb water unlike most foam covers on the market. The foam cover is 1/4" thick and comes in a roll which you can trim to custom-fit the shape of your spa. The floating cover floats on top of the spa water to retain heat and condensation. To obtain the utmost in energy efficiency, use the soft top with a rigid, hardcover; the dead air space that forms between the two covers provides excellent protection against heat loss. Compared to commonly used solar blanket material, the soft top insulate far better and will last much longer.

Fold the spa cover over the arm and swing it out of the way letting the cover lifter do the work. This product fits most rectangular spas up to 96" wide; the spa must have 18" of clearance from surrounding objects and comes complete with all necessary parts and instructions including mounting parts and hardware. Great to get my replacement hot tub cover. Shortage of materials has caused this product to greatly increase in price and delayed delivery times. Product is good and required to keep your tub clean, and your Electra costs down. But I’ve now gone through 3 covers in the last 6 years! Update Wayfair owed upto the delay and refunded us partially for the extra money we had to pay to the installers due to last minute cancellation. Additionally, we heard back from Strong Spas senior management and they are sending a technician to evaluate the spa and fix anything that needs to be done. We were initially worried about whether manufacturer is reliable but so far, they have been communicating with us promptly. Increasing rating to 4 stars and will further update once it’s up and running and we can use it. Initial Review The bottom of the spa has punctured holes which have been created somewhere in the shipping process. Wayfair was kind to connect with the manufacturer but now waiting for a fix. Prior to this, delivery was delayed because the item was too heavy. Item was finally delivered but with a Punctured base that would cause a rodent or insect issue later. The spa panel replacement kit offers an economical way to re-skirt a hot tub with weathered panels. The flexible design and unique built-in flange allow for a quick and simple installation. The Flexible Spa Panel will fit spas that are less than 96″ x 96″ (or 32′) in total length and with a panel height of less than 34.5″. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. The panels have a built-in overlap design, which makes installation easier. More information is provided in our instructions manual. This is our second Hot Tub, the delivery was fast and as expected. The AquaRest DayDream 3500 set up was quick, we purchased the version with the steps and cover caddy which are both welcome additions and really make the hot tub stand out. We selected the Arctic White with black and it’s even more impressive when you see it. We completed the set up quickly, installed the caddy that took a few minutes to set up but went together smoothly, you will need a drill gun to assist. It lifts easy and is a real positive add on, verses lifting the cover off each time. The tub heated in about 15 hours running on 110 plug in.
