Previously I have only purchased rugs from Wayfair, which I have always loved. I had never purchased any furniture. I was looking for a daybed and found one that I liked, so I bought it. Being a female in my 70’s, I was worried about the assembly. I considered paying to have someone put it together but my son said he would do it, so I didn’t purchase that. My son got very busy when the daybed arrived so it was just sitting in the box. Then I decided to start to read the directions and before you know it, I had assembled the bed all by myself. Ignore the product description cause you CANNOT use a regular mattress on this bed frame, the weight of a conventional mattress will definitely break the base. I included an image of the memory foam mattress I bought for context. I wouldn’t bed for everyday use as an adult, but it’s perfect for a teen or guest room.
