The bed itself is beautiful and looks great in my guest bedroom—it feels solid and well-made, which is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. Unfortunately, everything else went downhill from there. As is often the case with Wayfair, the item arrived damaged. The wood had visible dings, screws were missing, and the shipment came in two boxes delivered on separate days, which delayed assembly. The headboard is lovely, but not very sturdy. The feet do not reach the floor, so if anyone leans against the headboard it is going to cause wear. Unfortunately I can’t push it tight against the wall due to my baseboards, so I will probably end up reinforcing it somehow to keep it from getting ruined. went to together pretty easy with 2 persons. good quality, seems sturdy. Nice wood, solid. As another review stated, need a screw gun to secure bed slats much easier and faster. All hardware included except a philips head screwdriver that you won't need if you use a screw gun for slats only.
