Seems very sturdy and it tilts up and down (forward/backwards) to help minimize glare on screen. It has the TV only sitting 2 inches away from the wall to help maximize space and stability.Just make sure you mount it to the wall studs and your good to go. Had it a few weeks now and I like it so far and features can be handy at times.
