So I don't know if I'm a good enough judge of this lawn mower, but I'll try. It came nicely packaged. It is a small lawnmower. Half the size of a regular one. That being said it's pretty powerful I think. I can't compare it to a gas one, but it worked well on tall, thick grass. It came in 2 pieces, so you have to put it together. The instructions were simple to follow and it was easy to put it together. The only problem I have is putting the bag on it. It is very finicky and a pain in the butt to put it on the lawnmower. It also has to be dumped very often, so it's annoying. But, there are 3 levels to choose from for height, and the lowest one will cut an almost bald spot, so I used the middle setting and it was great. The mower has to be plugged in, and you have to watch the cord so you don't run it over. But, I think that's what gives it good power, over a battery powered one. That also limits the area you can mow. If you have a small lawn, it would be great with any standard outside extension cord, as they are usually 50 to 100 feet. I have a large yard, and I couldn't reach all of it. I do think it did a great job cutting the area i was able to do. I don't know if this is a helpful review, but it's what I can say about it..
