These are great, really setting the tone at our new house we've been renovating. They are a good size and a good value compared to anything else I saw. Beautiful light fixture. The finish appeared somewhat lighter in color on line, almost verde. It is actually a slightly distressed very dark charcoal gray. There is a large glass globe that is surrounded by a metal cage which houses three light sockets. When changing the bulbs you have to take the top half of the metal cage off in order to then remove the glass globe for access to the lights. These are very nice wall plates and well worth the money. What I didn't realize was that it sits out a lot farther from the wall than standard wall plates.
