I do love the bed. One suggestion: I tried to get the shipping date changed before I even placed the order. You cannot change it online. So I called and was told by an associate that it could be done. It was a difficult process and in the end, the bed was delivered on the original date! It took me four hours by myself to put together but the instructions were ok and all the hardware was there. Construction of the wood parts was good. It's very solid and I love having the trundle option under the bed. Just remember that you need a thinner mattress for the trundle pull out than for the top bed. Looks great and was easy enough to put together by myself. Bought for my 9 and 4 year old room so they have more space during the day. Only con so far would be that the wheels aren't on a swivel and my 4yr old keeps pushing the trundle back in crooked. I did not like putting this bed together but once it was done I think it looks great. You have to use an allen wrench to put it together and that was pretty frustrating.
