This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Great product and excellent price. I shopped around for different underlayment and I found this at the best price for the quality. It was easy to roll out, measure and cut. We redid our entire first floor with LVP and this did a great job reducing the noise.
