There are many pros about this range hood. First, it’s heavy duty - far heavier and sturdier than my previous one. Second, it’s all metal, even the filters, and includes a grease trap, which is a big bonus feature. The fan levels are great and it’s much quieter than our previous hood but definitely powerful. So far we are loving this upgrade. We did not use the vent hose it came with but bought an all metal one at our local home store for better greasefire protection. I will say the directions are somewhat lacking, however, if the person installing it knows what they’re doing, it shouldn’t be a problem. This came in an extra large box and was packed with styrofoam very well no dents or damage. This was a heavy package so I greatly appreciate the delivery person bringing it all the way for my front door. This hood range is a beautiful stainless steel and has push button touch screen an is a very high end product unfortunately I didn’t measure correctly and 36 inches was to big for my space…. The only way to mount and make it work would have been to cut or replace mycabinets and I’m definitely not doing that. Next time I’ll measure better. This was apart of a tried an true review.. Very happy with the toilet and the price. The sensor flush is clutch! The motor stopped working properly after a year of using it, but they sent a replacement within a week of reporting the incident. We absolutely love our new 48" range hood! It shipped and delivered so quickly. It was packaged extremely well. Once we opened it and removed from the packaging, we were pleasantly surprised because of the copper edges. We did not realize the hood had this. We were unable to tell looking at the pictures on Wayfair. This hood matches our oil rubbed bronze fixtures throughout kitchen so nicely. We repurposed very old slate roofing tiles for our wall behind our 1950's stove. When we installed the hood, we used 5 inch iron pipes to have the hood sit out from the wall.
