Quite pleased with these steps. They aren't the most fashionable, but the size is great and the storage within is ample and secure, provided you close the lids tightly. We've had multiple days of intense rain; the chemicals inside have stayed dry and happy! Assembly was easy enough, just follow the directions and don't make the mistake I did, which was neglecting to slide 2 of the end pieces to the back before attaching it all (got distracted, it's an important step). This pool ladder is designed for above ground pools with 52in wall height. It comes with easily removable steps. The steps can be quickly detached and removed from the pool area when the pool is not in use. To replace the steps, simply set them in the base, then snap and lock them into place.

The ladder came in a box and was in perfect condition and packaged well. I only needed a screw driver to assemble it. I was able to do it myself in about 30 min. I do want to add that the instructions have both the 53 in and 48 in pool ladders. The 48 in will only have 3 steps on each side of ladder. I was struggling with this part until I looked back and realized it was only 3 steps. This ladder is very stable and is easy to remove and place the steps going into ladder. Steps are ok for many uses. Putting them together was a bit tricky. The worst part was the tallest step to put together. Had to use a small flat screwdriver to pry open the metal to allow the step to go in place. Overall, it was not too bad to finish. Now the Part for me that is "Deceiving" is the description. To me "ROLLING" means they have castors/wheels. Nope none to be found. I had initially got these with the intent of rolling it around to paint & do other household chores. So for now dragging it on a moving blanket is my only answer, unless my husband is willing to drill holes in the legs somehow & put on wheels. Wish they had used a different description.. Cheryl.
