This mattress is extremely comfortable and more on the firm side. Just wish the sides wouldn’t sink so much when you sit on the edge, also if it would have handles to help move it around easier. It was delivered 2 days early. Queen size. It was heavy but I was able to drag it out of the box--someone else moved it into the home. Instructions said to have mattress with zipper side down, I didn't see any zipper. However, the back does have a silver surface so be sure to have that side on flat surface. I did not wait 72hrs but by the evening it was inflated enough for sleep. The edges are softer than center. When exiting you can feel more of the memory foam softness. My full‑size mattress arrived quickly through FedEx, and the packaging was very easy to handle. The mattress came compressed in a box, and I had no issues opening it. Once the plastic was removed, it started expanding right away. I waited the full 72 hours before sleeping on it. It reached almost its full size—about 11 inches instead of the stated 12 inches—but that’s acceptable for me. The mattress is comfortable overall, with a soft feel around the edges. This mattress is awesome, not only is it so comfortable but has a cooling Hybrid gel topper part that supports your shoulders and helps with back pain. My doctor told me to get rid of my too soft mattress and to get a good support one and this is perfect. Mine is a full size and the mattress is 12” deep. When you open the mattress it slowly starts to hiss as it starts to unfold and when it is fully unwrapped it pops to its full size. It suggest to wait a full 72 hours to sleep on it for it to be at it’s best fullness and I did that. I’ve only had this mattress for about three days, but so far I’m really impressed. It’s very comfortable and supportive, and I’ve already noticed a difference in how well I’m sleeping. It feels well made and not too firm or too soft—just a good balance. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars for now is because I haven’t had it long enough to speak on the long-term comfort and durability. This king-size mattress (medium firm) in a box was a good choice! The top material is a nice grey color, with a honeycomb padding which is a nice change from the old fashion white mattresses. Once fully expanded out of the box it puffed up almost completely, however I let it sit for 24 hours as instructed prior to sleeping on it. The upper layer of pillow top has a cooling feature which actually is exactly as described! I discovered this feature the first night sleeping on it.
