Have not assembled the grill yet am waiting until we get to yhe lake but in the past we have have not had any issues with the assembly, parts or quality. We were very, very pleased with the delivery process. The delivery men were polite and respectful! Item came precisely when they said it would and package was packaged nicely and came totally intact - no tears or bumps in the packaging. Fantastic sink grid. The grids dimensions are exactly as indicated and fits perfectly into my double-bowl sink. We couldn't be happier.
