Very happy with the product and works as described. I would point out that you need to use the provided 1/2 inch connectors as the bidet requires that size. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. The concealed in wall tank carrier is required for the installation of the wall hung toilet. This DeerValley in wall water tank can be used for most of the toilets, no need to worry the compatibility problems. And please note that the straight pipe and the connecting pipe is included in the package, please install the in wall water tank system correctly with the attached installation instructions for better using experience.

I created a master suite for my daughter and son-in-law, and utilized this toilet for it's modern look, and space saving. I have built new homes, and done tons of renovations for years. This was a little challenging, but worth my daughter's huge smile when finished, around the end of January 2025. The water inlet valve stopped functioning on Nov. 10th 2025. They are sending a new valve, so now I'll get to see how easy it is to work within the wall access cover. Still, highly recommended for look, build quality, and space constraints.. Bigbob2121. Arrived quickly, no visible damage to box or item- it was packaged securely and very nicely. It is good quality definitely would recommend a plumber to install with the additional functioning components that it has would certainly recommend a plumber. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
