This is a great product. Directions say to cut with utility scissors. They do not work. There are parts of the tiles that are very thick and utility scissors cannot cut it. I used a dremel with a diamond cutting wheel and had no issues. I laid this right over ceramic tiles after cleaning with acetone. It stuck well and looks really good!. Tamara. Monument, CO. Mellows

This is very good quality oak threshold, long enough for 2 standard doors, I believe. It was a really good price. The only problem is that it is the orangey honey oak color from the 80's. There were about five different finishes, but every single one was pictured with exactly the same color. So you could not choose the finish you actually needed.
