I have been wanting to upgrade my current bookcases with a marble top, but they could not support the weight. These two tiles are exactly the right size for what I needed, and I could not be more pleased. The delivery team was fantastic and even left the package inside my door so I could move it to their location easily. I am impressed with the quality of the tile and its veining, which mimic the marble I have elsewhere in my home. The tiles would look fantastic on bathroom and kitchen counters and on bathroom walls. I am not sure I would place these on a floor, as they are very slick. I plan to trim out the front of the cabinets to hide the tile edge for a more built-in appearance, but for now I have a sleek surface that hides the cosmetic blemishes on the wood and gives me additional space without the cost and weight of real marble.. Our first base had a small crack in one corner, most likely due to shipping damage. Wayfair immediately replaced it and the 2nd base had stronger packaging material and came in good condition. The drain is very slightly off centered, which is how it was meant to be, but since we were replacing an older base that was centered, the hole and shower drain didn't match up. We purchase a small offset drain attachment which worked perfectly. The base is sturdy and strong and with the rings on the underside for support, it did not need any filling material.
