Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. Bought this due to the TP shortage and frankly am impressed and now a fan of the bidet. This was easy to install ourselves and works great. I’d like another, but the issue in the US is that we don’t have electrical outlets near the toilets. So, this one we put in our main half bath and wound a cord along the base boards. Looks ok..
