I’ve cooked almost all of these things so far in a just a couple short weeks of ownership of this new range. And I have to say that I’m very happy with my purchase. The temperature is a little off from the old range but I’ve adjusted well. Cooking is compete and through which is great. I’ve used the air fry feature a couple times for wings and they came out great too! The convection feature has always been my go-to and this range is no exception. You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill.
