I ordered this for my home office after looking at hundreds of recliners online. I wanted heat and massage, zero gravity, a drink holder, and options for charging my phone and tablet. This one checked all those boxes, but was a lift chair. I didn’t really need that feature, but thought it might come in handy eventually, haha. The chair arrived in three boxes exactly a week after I ordered it. A friend helped me set it up in 20-30 minutes. I really like the comfort and looks of this recliner. I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! Lastly, there are 2 pockets in the front of the chair and 2 on the sides of the chair! Perfect for your phone, glasses, a book... They truly thought of everything when they made this chair!!! This is such a beautiful, leather recliner. I placed it in my teenage, son’s room. It not only looks expensive but it’s a great quality item. Wonderful chair! I got this for my husband and he loves it! The chair comes in 2 big boxes but is very easy to put together. It is very comfortable. I will note that this is not for tall people. My husband is 5'7" and it fits fine but anything much taller and your feet are going to hang off when you are reclining. For us it works perfect. The message is strong. The heat is nice but not too hot. It has a USB port, which we haven't used but is nice for when you need to charge your phone. I also like the that the remote has a home button. So you don't have to mess with all the button, just hit home and it automatically goes back. The leather feels really nice and doesn't feel cheap at all. The recline and lift works seamless and easily. the comfort is 10/10/ it's supportive, very high back and yet still so much cushion. it lays down flat so really ready to safely sleep in with high enough sides you won't roll out.
