Took about 2.5 hours to put together. There is a hanging wire under (in the middle) that was lingering but I called and found out it was not important. One of the pieces arrived a bit bent but nothing crazy. The quality seems pretty solid, though we have not turned it up as the weather has been rainy lately. Decently constructed, but not all stainless- there's plastic where they could get away with it. The glass seems like a good idea, but it gets dirty and doesn't clean well or easily. Glad that wasn't a deciding purchase factor. But the grates are good and after 4 years of frequent (2-4x per week) use, the burner shields are still holding up fine. I have had a ge outdoor propane stainless built in grill for 16 years. I live in coastal MS. My cast iron burners have rusted to pieces 3 times and they are 150 each to replace. Monument Grills offers pre-seasoned cookware without synthetic chemicals. Use the flat side for pancakes, eggs, crispy pizza, etc., and the ribbed side for meats, steaks, broiling, and more. The cast iron grill/griddle heats up within a few minutes. Clean it with hot water, dry it, then use a paper towel with cooking oil to wipe it all over, distributing the heat evenly.
