I wasn't sure what to expect given comments about the color of the rug being more gray than beige as the pictures depict. While I agree, I was pleased to discover it has warm, rich tones of taupe or champagne and is even more attractive than the photos indicate. I bought two of these rugs after looking for some time. I have used them on my covered porch for two spring /summer seasons. I am very happy with the durability and it is lovely. Would definitely order again and again. The colour is neutral and gives a "jute rug" vibe however the rug is soft (flat pile). I have not experienced any issues with the threads or staining. It has been wet and dries fairly quickly. Not certain I would install in areas that are not protected as it is not on the cheaper side and would be concerned the elements may damage it. I wasn’t super impressed. It is cute though! It’s just insanely hard to clean, and not soft at all. Hearty- in a sense it feels like it can take a beating with toys and animals etc. but definitely a rough fabric that’s hard to clean (with vaccume and cleaner) I kept it because it elevated my sons bedroom!
