I’ve been using it for about a year, and it has never left me wishing for more. * the pads which come with the unit wash up very well in the washing machine. * the water tank is small, but I am able to clean approximately 800 square feet without needing to refill with water. * I use filtered water from my fridge with no problems. * the steamer works very well. Love this vacuum although not happy with the cord holder used when vacuuming. Doesn't hold the cord at all which means I've gotta hold the card in my hand.
