Bought two. Each order comes in two separate boxes. I received three out of the four boxes on time, while one box was received days later! Besides this issue, the result was pretty good. Took a while to assemble the first one, but once you figure it out, it is not difficult. You just need to follow the instructions carefully. The only down side is that the low portion of the closet rod is way too low in order to hang anything!!! So I did not mount the hanging bar, and instead use it for my shoes, buying a shoe rack. Easy to assemble. Because of our joint issues, it took about 3 full days; some folks said it took them 1/2 day. Everything was there - even screw drivers. One disappointment is that the clothes protrude from the front, and the hanging space for dresses is probably suitable for children or mini dresses, even with the higher hanger adjustment. I suppose it is the design of the Closet. I will have to continue to use the metalic dress closets for a while. This beats having someone come in and installing a ceiling to floor custom closet for $4-8K, which was my initial plan. For those who may hesitate because of assembling, we did it. However, if you are still hesitating to assemble, its worth having a handyman put together. It is made of compressed wood, but a little gentleness and it will go a long way. I've had this unit for a year now and can attest to its reliability and performance. My condo has a small laundry closet and this is the only front-loading LG model that would fit. It is quiet and most of my laundry comes out clean and ready for the dryer. I find that the dryer actually works comparably to a vented dryer and it is easier on my clothes. My condo association discourages ventless dryers because of its prior experiences with water damage from leaks into other units which are not as much of an issue with the newer ventless technology. I love that I don't have to worry about pulling the unit out of the closet to periodically clean the dryer vent. My only issue is that sometimes laundry will come out with dry streaks indicating that the wash cycle was somehow not fully soaked the garments, even when stacked in the drum according to the manual. The product gets five stars ... it's the shipper who cost Wayfair the 1 star. They left this heavy package on my driveway and never even rang the doorbell so I knew it had arrived. Assembly took two of us about 2 hours from start to finish and was simply. Although just particle board with a thin coating, it didn't get damaged during assembly. Tajke your time to put it together as they don't tell you which side is up or down with arrows. You have to take the time to analyse the drawings. Quite pleased for the money and it is working perfectly for my 27+ shoes (socks are in the drawers). The white has a grain effect which makes it look a little nicer. This piece was exactly as advertised. The final measurements were exactly as they should be. It is a decent quality. The instructions were very good, but I wish they had said that there was no need to remove baseboards. Each section is in 2 pieces and the top overhangs the bottom at the back by at least 1/4" so the baseboards fit behind it fine. Make sure you pay attention to the circles that show how to align the pieces correctly. Some of the screws were flat rather than pointed, which made it difficult to alight them correctly in the pilot holes. Some of the pilot holes did not go through the laminate, which make it more difficult to start the screws. Overall I am very happy with the piece and it fit perfectly in my closet.. Laura. Missouri. Our closet is a single sided hinged door and lot a lever or double sided door. Take lots of measurements to consider the depth of the closet and the width of the door to make sure it will fit once assembled. The closet system comes in two main parts once the lower level is assembled you need to be able to get it into the closet and around both door frames and your room’s baseboards. All of these contribute to a tight fit. Also be sure that your closet doors are plumb. For us the width was slightly larger in the middle than at the bottom. As a result we had to disassemble the right side to get it into the closet and then put as many of the screws back in place as we could in a tight space.
