The chair arrived quickly and my husband was able to easily put it together. The quality of this chair looks great and we chose the brown leather and it looks like a very expensive executive chair. My husband absolutely loves the chair. It fits him perfectly at 6 feet tall and 194 lbs. He said it is his most comfortable chair. He said the only thing the chair was missing was a heating pad in the lumbar region. But if he had that, he might not ever get out of the chair. The wheels just glide across the laminate flooring and turns easily. The fabric is soft and well made. It does have lumbar support and a pocket across the back of the chair. Overall, we are highly pleased with our purchase and we would recommend the chair if you are over 5'9", if you are shorter, your feet may not be able to touch the ground on the lowest seat setting. I was looking specifically for a high-back office “captain’s chair” with solid arms that fasten to both the seat back and the seat itself, which means that the reclining function works by tilting back the entire chair in one piece, not moving the back. This setup always results in the chair being very solid vs. moving-back chairs. The chair is very comfortable, and the faux leather headrest is positioned farther forward than most office chairs, meaning you ca actually USE the headrest to support your neck while watching YouTube videos. As a big & tall chair , it’s not as massive as some others. The seat width of about 23 inches is good but not exceptional, and while the 400lbs max weight results in a very strong frame, there are chairs rated to 500 and 600lbs. I’m not that heavy, but a bigger max weight means the chair doesn’t creak as much if I lean on one arm in a weird way or shift around while reclining. The seat height is a bit too high at its lowest setting, but I always change the wheels of my chairs to something lower. Finally I really adore the look of the chair. Most of the office chairs out there are either gnarly gaming chairs or staid mesh chairs. This Duraforce reminds me of an ‘09 Corolla or Civic, and I really like that look. But that’s just me. 5/5.. Overall really like this shade structure. Assembly says it takes 4 people and absolutely did that at least 4 people for the part where the main structure frame was put together. Together than that step it was a one to 2 person job. Only giving 4 stars for 2 reasons 1. Directions were VERY unclear at times. Pay attention to the main postsdirections of holes. Definitely helped to lay it all out on the ground before assembly. 2. The cross beams could be more sturdy and the wood overall is softish. Love how it transformed out back space.
