I am ecstatic over these Amherst pintuck curtains. I have been looking for curtains to match my comforter and pillow set for a very long time and finally found them. I chose the aqua, cream, gray and they are absolutely gorgeous. The material has a very faint sheen, are made very well, and will last a long time. The curtains have a white linen back so they will aid in keeping it warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. What I love the most is the top of the curtains. I have always had the pocket rod but with the way my curtain rods are, the curtais never went to the end of the rod which was a look that made me cringe. These curtains have slats that slide through the rod and can be adjusted to the end of the rod which provides a more cohesive look. I like the rug, particularly the smaller sizes. The smaller, 3x5 rugs, look exactly like the pictures on the website. The first 5x8 I received looked used and worn. I exchanged that for a new 5x8. While this rug is substantially better, there are still marked differences between it and the 3x5's. The smaller rugs are have darker, more projected black stitching and the background is more beige. They're also evenly square. The larger rug has a dingier, grayer background and less projected, lighter black stitching. The larger rug also has missed stitches and is not nearly as square. I truly cannot decide if I like these or I'm just settling. I purchased the black, which are super shiny, almost to the point that they really don't look black but more dark greyish blue.
