The product arrives in two long, flat boxes. The packing was sufficient for the most part except for the triangular pieces that are part of the roof. They were dented and scratched, but I didn’t think it was worth my time and trouble to try to have them replaced, so I pounded out the dents with a rubber mallet. The flaws are visible, but not as bad as how they came. Each piece of metal is covered with plastic film that should be removed before assembly, which takes a lot of time and patience, but once removed the metal surfaces are very clean with a good coating. Assembly definitely requires two people and several hours since there are over 300 screws, but once assembled, the structure is very solid. I was impressed with the engineering. All of the screw holes lined up and the instructions/diagrams were easy to follow. I built a wooden deck with 2x6 treated joists and treated plywood for the floor and screwed the base to that. If you read line by line it will be pretty easy to install. Between 2 people it took about 5 hours with breaks along the way. Again read line by line. Good quality. I put it together by myself (I'm 5"3, 130lb) in two days. Just reed the instructions carefully, and yes, everything in the instructions, step by step. I live in Florida, and this particular thickness of the metal was a right choice. Taking to consideration the weather temperature (105F in the summer), it's very convenient to store my garden supplies and tools. Between hard wind and high temperature, the metal doesn't deform, the paint is attached. I was able to anchored it tho the concrete base due to the aluminum mesh that was provided.
