The product arrives in two long, flat boxes. The packing was sufficient for the most part except for the triangular pieces that are part of the roof. They were dented and scratched, but I didn’t think it was worth my time and trouble to try to have them replaced, so I pounded out the dents with a rubber mallet. The flaws are visible, but not as bad as how they came. Each piece of metal is covered with plastic film that should be removed before assembly, which takes a lot of time and patience, but once removed the metal surfaces are very clean with a good coating. Assembly definitely requires two people and several hours since there are over 300 screws, but once assembled, the structure is very solid. I was impressed with the engineering. All of the screw holes lined up and the instructions/diagrams were easy to follow. I built a wooden deck with 2x6 treated joists and treated plywood for the floor and screwed the base to that. In reviewing the directions, they seem simple enough to follow once we can get it up. Pre-drilled holes, yay! It came in 3 well packed boxes with everything needed to put it together. Good quality. I put it together by myself (I'm 5"3, 130lb) in two days. Just reed the instructions carefully, and yes, everything in the instructions, step by step. I live in Florida, and this particular thickness of the metal was a right choice. Taking to consideration the weather temperature (105F in the summer), it's very convenient to store my garden supplies and tools. Between hard wind and high temperature, the metal doesn't deform, the paint is attached. I was able to anchored it tho the concrete base due to the aluminum mesh that was provided. We have this shed for 2 years now and it is holding up fantastically. Putting it together was not difficult, only thing I would recommend is to spread everything well out and sort the panels out. I put the shed on a gravel and pavers slab, so water from underneath stays out. Space is good for what we needed. Our lawnmower, snowblower, garden tools and baby changing table that we now use as a storage and gardening work space all fit well in there. Happy and can recommend this shed.. M..
