However, I recently bought a Portable Hemming Machine and am so satisfied with it that I finally decided to write one. It’s the same brand I used to own. Although this is a slightly lower-tier model than my previous one, the price was about the same. I bought my old one in-store, but it’s really hard to find this specific brand and model from other suppliers right now. Plus, from my experience, other places usually have slow shipping. Since I needed it urgently, I went with Wayfair again based on my previous good experiences, hoping for fast delivery. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. Wayfair's customer service was incredibly kind and handled both the return and refund smoothly. I’d like to express my belated gratitude for that as well! I just got it, haven't used it much, but it's great! I need to elevate my leg due to a knee surgery and I wanted to give this chair a try because of the foot rest. I thought the foot rest would maybe not go far enough to be able to extend my leg well, but it did! Is the right distance to elevate a leg, it's a comfy chair, you can adjust armerst, heigh of the chair, and position of the head rest. Also, when I fold it, it fits perfectly below my desk. I've never owned or used a stair stepper before but this is a lot of fun to use! Never thought I would experience exercise as fun but I love it. Assembled by using just a couple parts included but it basically comes preassembled. I've yet tu build up to using this for more than a minute only because I'm under conditioned. So far so good. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. I'm only 5'5" tall and are two low when folded in the down position. * Construction of seat bottom looks substandard and not very well done. We will see how it stands the test of time.. Jose. FL.
