[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a family member of an LG employee and I received this product at a discounted price. All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG. We added the WD405CS as the sidekick washer under our main unit washer, and it has been more useful than I expected. So far I have been using it to wash my husband’s caps and smaller loads that I do not want mixing in with everything else. It has been perfect for that. I like that I can run it at the same time as the main washer. It saves time, especially during busy weeks. The caps come out clean and still keep their shape, which was always a concern before. I have also tossed in delicates and everything has come out fresh. It is simple to use and feels sturdy. I honestly did not think we needed it at first, but now I am glad we have it. It just makes doing laundry a little more convenient.. Scotty W. Thu Feb 26 2026

Looks and works amazing !! We purchased 2. Paula. Loudon, TN. Tue Apr 07 2026

The pedestal is beautiful. But it's small. You can't fit a standard size laundry detergent bottle in it... The laundry hamper is a cool idea, but, nothing else fits in the drawer... So you only can keep an empty laundry hamper in the drawer?? Also mine shipped without an instruction manual (there isn't one online), no screws, and no clips. All of which are required to install the washer or dryer on top. For what it is, it should be free with the appliance.. Bob227172. Minneapolis, MN. Sat Dec 27 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother needed a new faucet for her kitchen and this was exactly the style she wanted! We liked the brushed nickel as it doesn't show fingerprints or soap spots as much! This was very easy to install, had all the necessary parts included, and liked that it included the plate for perfect match. I do think it was unnecessarily tall. A few inches shorter and it still would've been great. It's nice when having to do large tasks in the kitchen sink like washing large soup pots or even pup baths for the shih tzus! It pulls out and has a powerful spray for all your needs and easily goes right back into the holder.. Krystalk31_2185. Tue Dec 16 2025

I love everything about this dishwasher. It has more features than I thought I needed, but I've used all of them. Initially I was frustrated the racks weren't configured the same as my old LG, but I figured them out, they do fold down, so all is right with the world. I can fill it up the way I'm used to. I hope they hold up, they seem thinner gauge than my previous quad wash. Dishes and glasses come out shiny and dry. Crazy how much cleaner, steam for the win. As for noise, the only time you hear it, is when it's filling up, otherwise it's quiet. It has a light. Yes, a light! I love the light! Really nice feature none of us ever knew we needed. The light is inside the tub, and there is soft white light that shines on the floor to let you know it's running and when it's completed its cycle. I also love the fact the door opens when it's done and lets the steam out. I really love this dishwasher.. Momma0. Wentzville, MO. Mon Jul 27 2026
