A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Perfect size! We'd been searching for an L shaped desk with the option to sit/stand for a long while. This one had a couple extra options that we weren't expecting which tipped the scales it's way. The only issue we have with it is the two pieces of the desk are not attached to one another at all. So if your desk is on a smooth surface they'll slide apart easily. I recieved my POOLIN today!!! I love it. Interface is extremely user friendly. The User Manual is very well written making it comprehensible. I was able personalize a quilt top immediately, and the stitching reslults were phenomenal. Also, I tested one of the preinstalled fonts, used the USB drive, and the wireless function via institch, which all functioned correctly. I have not tested the sewing function, but plan to. This machine arrived in perfect condition due to great packaging. It came with tools, sewing notions, and some embroidery supplies that can be stored in a very nice case or storage container.
