kit# 2 luxury shower surrounds for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight, easy to carry, cut, and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skill saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Loctite power grab ultimate adhesive or boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

I needed some gym flooring for my home gym that is getting slowly put together. These went on sale and are the perfect fit. They ship wrapped and sealed well, have a slightly rubber smell that isnt going to overwhelm you while they air out, and feel great under your feet. The edges piece together nicely however you may have to lift the edge near the corner to lay 2 together so it does press the other down. Again this is not a big deal. This shower system turned out awesome in our bathroom renovation. My husband is much handier than most and was able to install on his own. A few things you need to know what youre doing from the get-go. You have to make sure you get your tile surround just right, know where your studs are, everything. We initially had water pouring out of the door, but we quickly realized we needed to purchase a shower arm extender to point our rain shower head down rather than angled out. That simple change prevents any water from being directed at the door or the hinges. This system is plenty big, but I dont think I would want to go damage with this neo angle design. I used multiple panels to cover two walls in my home gym, and it completely changed the space. It now feels like a real gym instead of just a spare room.
