Update after one year the reclining mechanism broke on one side so it cannot be reclined. The thin underside fabric that holds the stuffing in place has ripped on the other side. There’s not a proper way to reattach the fabric to hold the stuffing. I’ll be surprised if it lasts another year. A really great reclining sofa. The micro suede fabric is comfortable and looks nice. As a heads up for some people using micro suede for the first time, you should not use spray on deodorizer. Make sure you look up ways to clean a micro suede sofa. As other people have mentioned, the armrests are a little bit low, but not terrible. I think they’re a great position for when leaning off to the side, a little bit or even laying down across the sofa. The reclining handle is responsive and not hard to pull. The actual reclining feature is wonderful. There’s just enough resistance in the leg lift so that you don’t have to push too hard to make it go down or lift your legs up to make it go up. The center seat is also very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever about this sofa on day one In my photo, I have added a white and a purple PlayStation five controller for color reference. There is a slight green tint to the sofa when viewed with LED lightbulbs. But in natural sunlight, it does have a true grayish color. I couldn’t find a better picture, but I really loved this couch. It was easy to clean and held up well since my initial purchase in 2023. I also loved that the decorative pillows came with it because they matched the couch perfectly and made it look really nice in my living room. The only reason I’m getting rid of it now is because my cats unfortunately tore up the sides despite my attempts to protect it. Lesson learned — I also wish I had purchased the insurance. One thing to note is that liquids can seep through the fabric. When my cat had an accident, some of it went through even though I cleaned it quickly. Also, removing the cushion covers from the back of the pillows can be a bit difficult. Overall, I really did enjoy this couch and would buy it again if I didn’t have cats.
