Pros It’s super soft feelings and seems to have some fluff and firmness to it as for the cushion, yet the framing seems strong and sturdy. Boxes are moveable with one person, preferably two people. Although in the picture I’m sharing does not have all the seats connected. It seems like it’s going to fit well for my family. I love that it has a big ottoman. The armrest are nice and big. The sectional is great once you have both pieces together. However, I did have issues with the delivery company that was used. Wayfair sent both pieces in one shipment to the delivery company. The delivery company decided since it said one that only one piece was to be delivered. I talked to them and that was their excuse. Wayfair was great in responding and arranging shipment of the missing piece since the delivery company could not locate the other piece at their warehouse.
