This washing machine is very easy to operate via its touch control panel. Heavy, Soft, Normal, Rapid and Soak programs, you are allowed to quickly start the machine as you need. You can customize washing program by selecting load size, adding additional wash time, rinse time and spin time as well.

Smaller than I expected but it gets the job done we have 7 people in our house which produces about 16.5 pounds of laundry weekly gets the job done in 1 and a half loads. Many people have reported flooding from this product but it is because they lave the faucet on full water leaving it alone but the machine has a valve inside that accepts water at times when need which you just turn on the faucet. The machine is able to dry the clothes about 95 which is about the same my local laundromat dries. this is way more cost effective than having to pay 7.70 per machine which we use two of at the laundromat. when it is done i just hang it up which dries in one day. Its too much to handle, not having a hose to connect to a sink faucet and having to find something to make sure the water goes in correctly. Plus you have to sit it in a tub to make sure it drains. It is just the right size for my needs. Honestly I have not had a chance to have it hooked up since it was delivered just before the Holidays. But I will let you know just how much I like it when it is finally up and running. Happy New Year! Update. I am very happy with this little washer. Mine is only hooked up to the cold water line but if you connect it to a tap that has hot and cold water you could mix or use hot water. I personally think it washes as well with cold.
