Have had this sofa for nearly 5 years now, and it's actually very stylish and comfy. We condition it once a month, and it's pretty sturdy. I like that the cushions are velcroed on so they don't slide, but be advised that any underside of a cushion is a sort of felt-type material that hangs onto dirt and dog hair. Update after one year the reclining mechanism broke on one side so it cannot be reclined. The thin underside fabric that holds the stuffing in place has ripped on the other side. There’s not a proper way to reattach the fabric to hold the stuffing. I’ll be surprised if it lasts another year. A really great reclining sofa. The micro suede fabric is comfortable and looks nice. As a heads up for some people using micro suede for the first time, you should not use spray on deodorizer. Make sure you look up ways to clean a micro suede sofa. As other people have mentioned, the armrests are a little bit low, but not terrible. I think they’re a great position for when leaning off to the side, a little bit or even laying down across the sofa. The reclining handle is responsive and not hard to pull. The actual reclining feature is wonderful. There’s just enough resistance in the leg lift so that you don’t have to push too hard to make it go down or lift your legs up to make it go up. The center seat is also very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever about this sofa on day one In my photo, I have added a white and a purple PlayStation five controller for color reference. There is a slight green tint to the sofa when viewed with LED lightbulbs. But in natural sunlight, it does have a true grayish color. We bought two of these couches over the Black Friday Cyber Monday sale.. both sectionals arrived with some minor damage that the delivery man and I were quick to report - unsure of Wayfair and the manufacturers response just yet. We were initially very excited about this product, and while the delivery team was great, the assembly was scheduled for a separate day/team for two days later. Delivery day comes, and they rescheduled half an hour prior asking for another appointment two days later. Ultimately, they asked to reschedule a 3rd time (also within half on hour of the 2nd scheduled time), which did not meet our availability, so we had to cancel and assemble ourselves. It was very time consuming, we had to take time away from work waiting for appointments that never happened, and the end product was okay, but after about a week one of the recliners stopped working. They are sending a replacement for that part of the sectional, and I hope it works. They will not pick up the damaged piece, however, so that’s on us to get rid of, which of course nobody will take PART of a sectional so we’ll have to pay our trash company to cart it off. Sigh. Delivery was excellent. The design color and function of the sofa was what I expected. It looks great in my house. Sadly the leather was damaged. Wayfair resolved the issues immediately.
