Let's face it, anyone with a standard metal bed frame has been dealing with the nonsense of bed skirts forever. I've tried them all and have never been really happy with the look. Getting a full platform bed skirt under the newer mattresses that weigh more than a car is impossible without 3 or 4 people. The fabric is similar to linen in weight and opaqueness. After tossing it in the dryer on with a damp tea towel for a few minutes, most of the packaging wrinkles were gone. This bed shirt fit my King bed perfectly and was a breeze to put on by myself. Wayfair shipped immediately and it arrived quickly and when expected.
