These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. So far I’m impressed with this LED mask. It fits well, is easy to adjust and operate and provides a wide range of LED light colors. Usually you have to pay much more fire so many colors. I have rosacea and yellow light is recommended. Also very easy to charge and switch colors during use. Update- After using the mask for almost 2 months I can say I do see an overall improvement in my skin. The texture is better, pores are smaller, skin tone is improved and I thiyi look younger.
