Came without o ring/ gaskets and will take almost 2weeks to get replacements…meanwhile our pool sits without working pump but no one seems to care about that this is a major problem. This 40 inch Rebounder Trampoline is great. It holds up to 500 lbs so I know it's sturdy. It was super easy to assemble - the bungie cords are already pre-assembled. The adjustable handle is very sturdy and also holds a cell phone. I didn't think I wanted the handle attached but I'm glad I did - it makes for a lot less stress while rebounding and keeping your balance (at least for a novice). Update Wayfair owed upto the delay and refunded us partially for the extra money we had to pay to the installers due to last minute cancellation. Additionally, we heard back from Strong Spas senior management and they are sending a technician to evaluate the spa and fix anything that needs to be done. We were initially worried about whether manufacturer is reliable but so far, they have been communicating with us promptly. Increasing rating to 4 stars and will further update once it’s up and running and we can use it. Initial Review The bottom of the spa has punctured holes which have been created somewhere in the shipping process. Wayfair was kind to connect with the manufacturer but now waiting for a fix. Prior to this, delivery was delayed because the item was too heavy. Item was finally delivered but with a Punctured base that would cause a rodent or insect issue later.
