There are some good features to this air conditioner. It is lightweight and easy to carry and install into the window. It has several modes and the lowest setting makes very little noise. The "quiet" setting is very quiet. It doesn't give the cold cooling feeling that old air conditioners do and feels more like a central air conditioning system. My windows are non standard wide so I had to adjust the installation recommendations. I have ordered Costway mini splits before great units. Wayfair did great so far the first condenser arrived damaged on ports idea sent pictures and wayfair sent me a replacement But the new unit arrived slightly dented in front by cooling fan but needed to have unit installed had HVAC tech waiting to install. But would of given 5 stars if the replacement unit wasn't slightly damaged. Only concern is that it might of had damaged inside unit bit time will tell.. Garry. Sat Aug 17 2024
