Honestly the best flooring I’ve used yet. Very easy to cut and work with. I chose to use my saw, no issues with splitting or cutting. It all snapped in together nicely. These turned out great! They've been on the floor for 2 weeks and there has not been any lifting or bubbling. When installing, I made sure the floor were clean and did my best to get the tiles as tightly fit together as possible, using the claw end of a hammer to really push/pull the tiles together for as seamless of a fit as possible. I purchased 4 boxes to renovate my bathroom floor. The worst of it was removing the existing Lino/vinyl floor tiles. I was adding the new tiles as I was removing the old ones and it worked pretty wells. I had to use super glue in some corners to ensure the tiles were glued properly. It didn’t always stick sufficiently with the provided adhesive backing. Straight cuts are super easy, just score the tile 3 times and bend it. Of course it’s harder the smaller the piece you need to cut off sometimes. Some cuts were difficult (L shaped cuts) and I wasted a few tiles because they broke during the cut. But I was able to use the same tile for multiple cuts, so it worked out in the end. To cut around the toilet, drawing the curve and scoring it 3 times easily took care of the majority of it. Then I used a snipping tool at times when it was too tight. I used unsanded grout to finish, and it worked great for the most part. However there are micro movements on some tiles which causes the grout to pop out after less than a week, so I’m always vacuuming . So I might caulk those areas instead. Ordered the cream. It seems to have a blue-gray cast to it. I bought 8 boxes, and 3 boxes had chips on top and bottom pieces, mostly on corners. I have not installed, but I did open each box to inspect and played with “locking”. I like the feel of the vinyl tiles and hope that these live up to their warranty. I got a great sale price in the wayfair app…saved about 1.50 sq ft. Finally installed. It was difficult to get these to lock and fakll flat. A lot of tapping. A lifesaver for my old house! I have three types of hardwood flooring in my kitchen/dining room. It was an eyesore and so difficult to keep clean, as it's old and badly damaged. On a whim, I ordered this peel-and-stick tile and it /completely transformed the space/. I used to avoid my kitchen because it always felt dirty to me, but now it's intentional and beautiful. The flooring itself was super easy to install and is very easy to clean. I would highly recommend this product. The only thing I’m curious to see is how it holds up to my cat’s claws if she decides to use it as a scratching post. Hopefully that won’t be an issue, but only time will tell. For the price these are better than expected. They were packaged well…heavy duty boxes, well sealed. Banded and plastic shrink wrapped. Each box had 2 stacks of 22 tiles (42lb per box). I needed 100 (only complaint was I couldn’t order just a single stack so had 32 more than needed). Went together easily, looks great under my little gazebo. We’ll see how they hold up to sun the rest of summer. They do have that “made in China smell” but I’m sure that will dissipate quickly since they are outside.
